Palladio Hotel & SPA is a rare jewel in Venice, an amazing building designed in the 16th century by the world-renowned Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. The property is located on the Giudecca Island just in front of the San Marco basin. The hotel features warm and welcoming décor with a soft colour palette of pastels. Each of its spacious rooms, beautifully detailed with the finest paint decoration and elegant tapestries, maintain the original atmosphere of this historic structure. The property features the philosophy of the Bauer group hotels, and offers a variety of first-class amenities such as a brand new day Spa, bar, restaurant*, garden, and business centre for up to 160 people with Internet access (free of charge for the first 30 minutes). In addition, a daily private shuttle service takes you to the Bauer hotel in the San Marco district. Originally a famous convent, then converted into a luxury hotel, this Venice accommodation is open seasonally, from March to November. *Through the year 2008, the Palladio Garden Restaurant will be CLOSED ON MONDAYS for à la carte dinners (offering a large choice of freshly prepared specialties). A bar service offering a small selection of snacks and delicious drinks will be however guaranteed to hotel guests from noon to 11 p.m. Dinner will not be served on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
